Working Class Collective — Est. 2026

The Working
Class
Collective

We do not wait for permission to care for each other. We build the infrastructure of our own liberation — one neighborhood, one study circle, one act of mutual aid at a time.

How We Work

Three Pillars of the Collective

01 — Mutual Aid

Mutual Aid Network

Direct neighbor-to-neighbor resource sharing that bypasses the charity model entirely. The same people who receive support provide it. No caseworker. No gatekeeper. No hierarchy.

03 — Action

Direct Action

We don’t petition those in power. We build power ourselves through organized, coordinated community action. Strategy is our tool. Solidarity is our method.

The Model

Dual Service Architecture

The same person who shows up needing support this week becomes the person providing it next month. There is no benefactor and beneficiary class. There is only the community.

Our model is built on a simple premise: everyone in the collective holds dual status simultaneously. You are both a provider of resources, skills, and labor — and a recipient of the same. The roles are not fixed. They rotate. They overlap. They dissolve the hierarchy that charity depends on.
